  Non-Refundable: All payments, including setup and subscription fees, are non-refundable.

You agree to provide accurate information and comply with our guidelines during the service period. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and payment details.

5. Service Modifications 

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice.

6. Termination

We may terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms or engage in unlawful activities. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any fees paid.

8am.agency is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services. We are also not responsible for any losses related to payment processing by PayPal.
